Terms & Conditions for Play2Train

1. General Terms

By booking a session with Play2Train or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms may be updated occasionally — the latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Services

Play2Train offers:

  • Group dog training sessions

  • Private 1-to-1 training

  • Home visit sessions

All training is based on positive reinforcement, with a focus on building confidence, calm behaviour, and a strong bond between dog and owner.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation by email or text.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel (e.g. due to weather or emergencies), you’ll be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Your Responsibilities

By attending a session, you confirm:

  • Your dog is healthy, fully vaccinated (where applicable), and not aggressive toward people or other dogs.

  • You agree to follow our guidance during sessions and take responsibility for your dog’s behaviour.

  • You will not use punishment-based tools or techniques during sessions.

6. Safety

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead unless instructed otherwise.

  • Children are welcome to observe but must be supervised at all times.

  • You are responsible for your own and your dog’s safety and well-being.

7. Home Visits

  • Home visit sessions are available within a limited radius of our training base.

  • Please ensure the space is safe and free of hazards for both trainer and dog.

  • Any parking fees (if applicable) are to be covered by the client.

8. Use of Photos

We may occasionally take photos or videos during training sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., website, Instagram). If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let us know in advance.
