1–2–1 Sessions (Chaos2Calm) – Tailored Training for Real-Life Problems

My Chaos2Calm sessions are designed to help you and your dog move from stress and confusion to clarity and calm. I use the calming signals approach developed by Turid Rugaas to understand how dogs naturally communicate — and just as importantly, I help you become aware of how your own body language may be unintentionally creating mixed messages.

Often, we’re unknowingly contributing to our dog’s excitable or unwanted behaviours simply by how we move, speak, or respond. In these sessions, I help you interpret your dog’s signals and adjust your own communication so both of you feel more understood and relaxed.

Whether you’re facing barking on walks, reactivity, recall problems, lead pulling, or fearfulness, I’ll create a custom training plan that fits your dog’s personality, history, and your lifestyle.

Perfect for:

  • Dogs struggling with behaviour issues that need focused, 1–2–1 attention

  • Owners feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or stuck

  • Families looking for practical solutions and calmer daily routines

Benefits:
✅ Tailored strategies based on your dog’s needs
✅ Faster progress than group classes
✅ Confidence-building guidance for you as an owner

🕒 By appointment (daytime, evening, or weekend options)
💷 From £80 per 1-hour session
📍 Steelend Football Field or Home Visit – Free parking available at the field
